Description Manolis Tzanidakis 2003-01-04 19:32:47 UTC
After lots of time (p3/650) it stops with the following message :

My specs : gentoo 1.4rc2 (fresh install), p3/650 laptop, FLAGS="-march=pentium3
-O3 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer" (although not used by the ebuild),
lolo-sources-2.4.20-r1_rc2. I read on the forum about success using vanilla
kernels, but I had the same prob w/ vanilla-2.4.20.

I am sorry to say, but your error report cuts off by about a line the useful
debugging information. If I have time I will look in the
j2sdk/control/build/linux-i386/gensrc/com/sun/tools/javac/v8/resources/compiler.properties
directory and see what could be causing the problem.

This is not that commmon, but not unheard of,

Stefan

Your kernel has a high chance of being very buggy.
Please use the vanilla kernel, I will only look at this bug then.
