Description mark manning 2006-05-07 10:24:33 UTC
opened /dev/tts/N and set its baud rate to 115200 (if you need to see the code i can email it to you). ran stty -F /dev/ttsN and was told it was at 38400. connected serial port to a windows box running hyper term. got sane transfers when i set the windows box to 4800 - posative its not the windows box thats got it wrong :/

You failed to provide emerge --info

If you are not running a vanilla kernel, please try that as well

use `setserial` if you cant program it yourself
