A new Snapshot is out ...

Should work fine if you just rename the old ebuild ...

A new snapshot is out every other day or so.

I normally spend quite some time testing the stability of a given snapshot before putting it into portage, and the current svn trunk is not fully stable for me.

Resolving as LATER, feel free to comment on this bug report if there is a feature available in svn trunk that you absolute must have.
