The bug is not reproducible, so it is likely a hardware or OS problem.

If you try again, does it fail in the same line?

Trying it again, it fails on a different line. Actually a different line everytime. I keep re-running, but it keeps failing on a different line.

What can be causing something like this. It is very frustrating. It seems to be happening more so since I've started to emerge kde,. Is it hardware related?
Comment 3 Caleb Tennis (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-05-05 17:09:19 UTC
most likely. either you're running out of ram, you have some bad ram, or your cpu is getting hot
Comment 4 Caleb Tennis (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-05-10 05:54:14 UTC
Anyway, not much we can do about internal compiler errors. It's most likely a hardware problem.
