Hi, I need a few updates to documentation, as things changed since last update and Michael doesn't seem to answer to the mails I've sent him :/
With SoC started, this has quite a bit of priority to me.
Here is the report of what I already sent to Michael:

--

Now that Gentoo/FreeBSD is being merged into main tree, there are a few
changes to to do the documentation, I'm afraid.

The first thing is to move the code listing 2.9 (Obtaining the portage tree)
before 2.7 (Setting up the profile and editing /etc/make.conf) as now the
profile lies in the main tree.

Also, the default ACCEPT_KEYWORDS should be "~x86-fbsd" only, no more ~x86 by
default, and then add a note like

"You can have a very limited system by using ~x86-fbsd keyword alone; you
might want to put ~x86 in your ACCEPT_KEYWORDS if you want access to more
packages but you might find broken dependencies and non-working packages;
please rather use package.keywords when testing packages and report working
ones on Bugzilla http://bugs.gentoo.org/ for the product Gentoo/BSD."

Also, drop the note about 5.4, it's gone now.

The whole guide refer to ee, but the stage is built with vim too, and IIRC
also nano (I don't have it at hand to check now :|) so you might want to add
a note that what you do with ee can be done with vim or other editors too.

You can point code listing 2.13 to the current handbook, as now it uses the
1.12 configuration option for net.

--

A few notes more following my last mail (Updates to Gentoo/FreeBSD
documentation from 3/4/2006).

The note about make WERROR= NO_WERROR= can be dropped, last freebsd-sources
are fixed and that's not needed anymore.

the code listing 2.15 should refer to the same way that's set in the normal
handbook, that shouldn't use /etc/hostname anymore iirc.

Thanks a lot,
Diego

Here's a patch for your review.

Little note (that slipped in my previous comment because was changed later, too), the Gentoo/BSD product in bugzilla is gone, it's Gentoo/Alt now.

Also, the code listing 2.13 isn't pertinent anymore as told, as the configuration uses 1.12-like syntax now.

The rest is all good :)

Great, i've fixed this small problem and put CVS. Thanks for your input. :)
