VisualBoyAdvance is a GameBoy (original, Color, Advance) and GP32 emulator. It uses SDL. ... That's it ::) It sounds like it should work with any architecture, when the C core is enabled (otherwise it uses some x86 assembler). This should be taken care-of in the ebuild, though I have not had a chance to test it on a non-x86 yet (my Alpha is getting ready for Gentoo). :;)

I forgot to mention, there are two commented-out lines in the ebuild to change the place the program looks for it's configuration file from (among other things) "~/VisualBoyAdvance.cfg " to "~/.vbaconf" I put it in there because amidst all my application preferences .files in my home directory a big-honking "VisualBoyAdvance.cfg" sticks-out (and is more likely to be deleted). The change makes it more consistent with other UNIX apps. I realize it's a matter of taste. *shrug* -Daniel
