certmanager (part of kdepim) does not build here anymore, because libhistory.so.4 is missing. Cannot use readline 4.x, because the new baselayout require readline 5.x . Linking to *.so.4 is not easy, because it's a Catalyst LiveCD build.

- Don't restrict bugs if you have no clue what's that all about.
- No, run revdep-rebuild as instructed to by readline ebuild.
