These are further candidates, but I haven't included them because they are very slow: ftp://ftp.gamers.org/pub/idgames/idstuff ftp://ftp.nsu.ru/mirrors/ftp.idsoftware.com/idstuff http://www.ftp-sites.org/ is a useful directory of anonymous FTP servers.
Fixed in CVS... I went ahead and added all of the mirrors, with the slow ones at the end, because they might not be slow for everyone.
