Dragon asked me to post this since he's having issues. Ebuilds utilizing the 
PDEPEND variable, when emerge directly, are not being placed in the world file.

I can't find a code reason for this...
Can you please check this again against 47_pre4 or later.

Fixed a 'emerge -e' world dilluting bug...
I'm assuming that's the bug.
