Irda-tools gets installed to /etc/rc.d/init.d/irda instead of /etc/init.d/irda
And when starting it also fails:
/etc/rc.d/init.d/irda: line 12: /etc/rc.d/init.d/functions: No such file or directory

i was using a masked version...
seems like i was using an old masked version... downgrade has made it working
and seems this bug should be closed...
