As a byproduct while working on bug #130557, I wrote a patch to mark the assembly code from libmpeg3 as not containing executable stacks. I did not actually check for stack execution, but I believe it is not very likely that this code uses executable stacks. I would not want my efforts to go to waste, so I provide this patch here, although there is still a major issue with text relocations.
