This patch, reverted from opal HEAD, fixes a problem with STUN lots of users with soho routers experience (the "could not create socket pair" issue).
This solution should be in opal 2.3.x, but as thats not released yet... No changes to Damien's commit were needed, it's a clean apply.
I created a local opal 2.2.1 overlay, including this patch, and now ekiga works great, without any STUN issues.

I think it'd be nice to have this added to net-libs/opal so our users can experience real open source VoIP without too much trouble ;-)
