Description Frederic DEGHETTO 2003-01-02 09:14:37 UTC
Hello !

I emerged gentoo 1.4_rc1 + update system and world today (jan 02 2003). All
seems fine excepted cups. I am not able to use localhost:631. Mozilla return me
the following message: Not Found
The requested resource was not found on this server.

I have added, at the end of the cupsd.conf file:

TempDir /var/spool/cups/tmp
Listen 127.0.0.1:631
Listen 172.16.9.137:631
ServerName 172.16.9.137
BrowseAddress 172.16.255.255
BrowseOrder Deny,Allow
BrowseDeny All
BrowseAllow 127.0.0.1
BrowseAllow 172.16.*.*

I have also commented "Browse 631" and added "Allow From 172.16.*.*" after
"Allow 127.0.0.1" in the Encryption section.

Thanks for your help.

Frederic

New cups file configuration

Hello,

I have disturbed you for nothing, sorry. I changed some parameters in
cupsd.conf and all is fine (see new attachment). The first attachement cames
from my old configuration (RedHat 7.3 on the same computer) as well. I don't
exactly know why it does not work ? But the new one is all right.

Thinks for you help,

Frederic
