All kvims crash when saving a session to a file that doesn't exist yet.  
 
Touching a file and saving to that file works as it should. I suspect an upstream 
bug. 
 
My KDE is 3.1_rc5, otherwise running on stable.

Hmm. Now I can't reproduce it anymore (kde 3.1-final as well as current cvs)... 
I know, I shouldn't have waited... sigh 
Can you still reproduce it on 3.1-final?

Please reply wrt. reproducing with latest KDE or I'll close it. It works for me now.

No response and is on an old rc of kde 3.1...closing as fixed.
