- drop multilib & searchfix patch as they're applied upstream
- add patch from Pat Double to allow beagle-crawl-system runs without having to specify shell for beagleindex (pat please check)

Sorry I didn't check, it does look right. Next time CC me in the bug and I'll be more responsive ;)
