The caps-plugins-0.3.0 ebuild fails to install the plugins' rdf metadata.
(This is used by hosts for categorizing plugins, and when generating plugin UIs).
The attached ebuild fixes this.

Thanks for your patch Paul, I've included it in portage cvs.
