Consider adding a Favicon icon to Gentoo bugzilla website.

I'm looking at my firefox browser right now and see a gentoo favicon in my URL bar. Looks fine to me.

yeah true.. (I just checked using Firefox.)
but i use Epiphany (with plugins) and I ain't see any favicon. :-)
