I cannot compile openmosix-sources on this enviroment:

Portage 2.0.54 (uclibc/x86/2.4, gcc-3.4.5, uclibc-0.9.28-r0, 2.6.15-suspend2-r8 i686)

I used genkernel for compiling the kernel.

Comment 3 Konstantin Arkhipov (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-04-20 07:10:37 UTC
from genkernel.log:

cl2llc.c: In function `llc_data_request':
cl2llc.c:100: error: label at end of compound statement
cl2llc.c: In function `llc_interpret_pseudo_code':
cl2llc.c:501: error: label at end of compound statement

it's driver compilation failure, not oM's.

also you can try latest 2.4.32 kernel, hope that helps.

and thanks for reporting.
Comment 4 Konstantin Arkhipov (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-04-29 04:06:21 UTC
dsd: why you're reassigning it back?
Comment 5 Daniel Drake (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-04-29 04:36:04 UTC
openmosix-sources is maintained by the cluster herd, according to metadata
Comment 6 Konstantin Arkhipov (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-04-29 04:39:18 UTC
but current problem isn't oM-specific.
Comment 7 Daniel Drake (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-04-29 04:40:01 UTC
Maintainers are maintainers - the kernel herd get bitten when we touch packages not maintained by ourselves, plus nobody on kernel herd really touches 2.4
Comment 8 Konstantin Arkhipov (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-04-29 04:56:54 UTC
Luca: so try latest 2.4.32, please, and reopen if bug is still there.
