Comment 1 Jakub Moc (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-04-19 12:53:09 UTC
When changing CHOST, better be really sure that you know what are you doing... You need to run 'emerge -e system' at least.
Comment 2 gentoo 2006-04-19 13:07:10 UTC
Weird - this is a newly built box and I dont think I changed CHOST. This is on a P-II box BTW
Comment 3 gentoo 2006-04-19 16:14:23 UTC
Just to add: this was a stage 3 install so CHOST is set to i686 and has not been changed.
Comment 4 Diego Elio Pettenò (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-04-19 23:39:17 UTC
Try rebuilding python, seems to be an old bug coming up again.
Comment 5 Marcelo Goes (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-04-22 17:40:11 UTC
Please try Diego's suggestion. Reopen if still an issue.
