mplayer-bin (1.0.20060415) plays media little to fast while mplayer compilled directly from cvs works fine.

Try switching your audio output.  Ie, if you use -ao oss, try -ao alsa, and vice versa.  The 32-bit emulation in some drivers works better with one and in others works better with the other.

Solved, it's not bug. The reason was turned off oss sequencer api in kernel configuration.
