Find attached the file fmtools-0.99.1.ebuild.

fmtools is a small set of command line programs for controlling v4l radio
devices.  I think it should be put under media-sound/fmtools.  It has no
dependancies.

Forgot to run lintool before submitting original ebuild.  This one passes 100%.
