The ebuild doesn't have information about the homepage of the package.

The ebuild and the site mentioned in this bug both point to ibiblio.org/pub/linux/apps/sound/cdrom/cli/cdtool-* as a mirror and the site corresponds to the package in portage, so I set HOMEPAGE to that URL in the ebuild. It should hit the rysnc mirrors in an hour or so. Thanks.
