When I emerge xmingw-gcc, it wants to overwrite thes files  that are own by xmingw-binutils :

existing file /opt/xmingw/lib/libiberty.a is not owned by this package
existing file /opt/xmingw/info/dir is not owned by this package

xming has been integrated into toolchain and the xmingw packages are being killed

`emerge crossdev && crossdev mingw32`
