Description Alexander Skwar 2006-04-16 05:57:03 UTC
When I want to close the NX session by closing the nxclient binary, I get the following in the session log on the server:

/usr/NX/bin/nxclient: line 145: /usr/X11R6/bin/xmessage: No such file or directory

As xmessage cannot be found, I don't get a prompt if I want to suspend or terminate and thus cannot (cleanly) quit the session.

After installing xmessage, everything is fine.

I'm using Modular X.

This has already been added to the new ebuilds that are in testing. :) This will go into portage as soon as we are sure the new ebuilds work fine. :) Thanks for the report.

Hi,

We've added a new version to Portage which should fix this problem. Could you test, please, and confirm that everything is okay now?

Best regards,
Stu
