There is an Error in 18_mod_roaming.conf which causes mod_roaming NOT to work:

Where it reads 
<IfModule roaming_module.c>
it should propably read
<IfModule mod_roaming.c>

otherwise Apache2 will not read the directives within the If clause

fixed in place (no revbump), thanks
