Thanks for the submission.

In the future, please don't attach tarballs to bugs. Instead, it is much more useful if you provide patches against the ebuilds and other files that needed modified. By doing this, it becomes immediately clear what changes made.

The java team has been really busy getting the new generation 2 java
system into the tree.  I'll try to convert the ebuild to the new system
in the next week or two.

Just committed a modified version of the provided ebuild and script patch to portage. Did minimal initial testing. I don't use this stuff, so just trying to get a stale package current and make users happy. Please test the package and file any bugs for any issues. Going to close this bug now since it's in tree. Just committed to tree so please allow time to pass before syncing.
