ebuild for directory administrator 1.3.5

This ebuild has been checked for errors with lintool-0.2.3-r1 and all reported
errors and warnings have been resolved. It has been marked as unstable because
it was only tested on one machine yet.

Thanks!  I went ahead and updated the ebuild to 1.4, since 1.4 supports TLS.
