perl MIME-tools .420 are out for a while now  :
http://search.cpan.org/~dskoll/MIME-tools-5.420/lib/MIME/Tools.pm

Portage need an update with the new version.

For impatients, I've attached a full .tar.gz with .420 version (with digest) ready to use in portage OVERLAY.
