This patch was taken off the FVWM Forums, I updated it for the 1.4.x branch. So far I have tested with the 1.4.0 and 1.4.1 branches with no problem. What it does is if you try to have FVWM swallow conky, conky needs to be in its own window, but they way it does transparency in its own window is doesn't allow the colorest of FVWM (which does shading and tinting) to come through. this simple patch allows for that. I am not sure if this should be a use flag for those who want the patch applied, but regardless, I through it in the bugzilla so if someone needed help it could be found.
