As the topic sais it all, the prelink-20060213 tarball is neither on the Gentoo Mirrors, in Martin Schlemmer's devspace nor in 'ftp://people.redhat.com/jakub/prelink/'.

Solution would be either to use the SRPM (from Fedora Core 5) or use the tarball from inside the SRPM and place it on the mirror

Ooops, sorry. Forgot to copy it to dev.gentoo.org:/space/distfiles-local/
