Ledger provides very advanced book keeping system. It can control notes, sales ledger and more. It uses a firebird as a database backend. Software comes from Poland and you can reach more information from http://www.lefthand.com.pl/.

app-office/ledger and/or app-office/lefthand becouse it is a common name. 
It depend on X window server and firebird database.

You forgot to attach the ebuild, it seems? :) I've the summary to app-office/lefthand to prevent confusion wrt Bug 101096.
