I am trying to emerge horde-imp and I get the error at the attached url. This has been repeatable over 6 mirrors (3 from canada, 3 from the US) over a 6 hour period.

There's no dev-lang/php-4.4.1-r3 in portage. Emerge sync before reporting bugs.
