This app is x86 specific. It contains the x86 JRE from Sun. Upstream needs to provide a non-platform specific build. The app and the site contain absolutely no documentation that I can find about what UPS are supported, and the lack of version numbers promises to make it a pain to support. In fact, other than claiming to from LAN UPS stuff, there seems to be no other documentation, or even a company name on the website - it could even be a big fat piece of malware - very suspuscious I think. I'd suggest you just go and use sys-power/apcupsd (if you have an APC ups) or sys-power/nut (should support all other UPS hardware).
