New minor version. Includes some fixes from the coverty project.

we know about this, but it will be slightly delayed in some patchsets.
Please give us a week before submitting bugs about new releases.

gentoo-sources-2.6.16-r2 is in the tree. In future, please wait at least one week before opening bugs about new version releases for any package.
