whell.. i'm new in this architecture.. i've downloaded ia64 2006.0 iso from www.gentoo.org, not from a mirror, and it dosen't boot, then i downloaded x86 minimal and it works... it sound stupid but this is a problem
and i have an intel P4 EMT64 processor
if i'm wrong forgive me for posting this :)

That processor is x86 or amd64/x86_64. IA64 is another beast entirely.
