several small updates to follow english handbook

[nl] hb-install-config.patch

deleted the dnsdomain rc-update part and set encoding to utf-8 (that's the other changes)

only one update after all, rest is only version number, that will come with next real update...

Partially & manually applied. Your patch breaks the UTF-8 encoding.
