MonoDevelop 0.10 is out and it includes the Stetic gui builder.  A lot of people have been waiting for a alternative to glade, so this should go into the tree asap.

Monodevelop 0.10 ebuild

I changed the 0.9 ebuild to 0.10 and it compiles and runs on my PC (amd64). But UI design isn't really stable.

Bumped in portage. Stetic is definitely a more experimental feature in this release, so stability there is obviously lacking a tad. Marking this FIXED.
