looks like anything in the foundation product is read-only to non-trustees.  Per spyderous, we should be able to comment on the bugs.  See bug 126564 for an example.

The error message returned by bugs:
Product Edit Access Denied
You are not permitted to edit bugs in product Gentoo Foundation.

Still an issue w/ bugstest.g.o.; CCing infra so that this can be finally fixed.

should be fixed in bugstest now.
note to self:
when importing the final data,
go to edit groups and apply this change again.
