I'm running xorg-7.0, on an amd64 system. Whenever I try to build xf86-video-nv-1.0.2.0, it fails with the following message: nv_dac.c:415: error: `I2CBusPtr' undeclared (first use in this function) nv_dac.c:417: error: `I2CPtr' undeclared (first use in this function) nv_dac.c:418: error: `FALSE' undeclared (first use in this function) nv_dac.c:420: error: `pNv' undeclared (first use in this function) nv_dac.c:423: error: `pScrn' undeclared (first use in this function) nv_dac.c:431: error: `TRUE' undeclared (first use in this function) make[2]: *** [nv_dac.lo] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/xf86-video-nv-1.0.2.0/work/xf86-video-nv-1.0.2.0/src' make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/xf86-video-nv-1.0.2.0/work/xf86-video-nv-1.0.2.0' make: *** [all] Error 2 !!! I've posted the entire operation to http://manjos.com/gentoo/error.txt My emerge --info is in http://manjos.com/gentoo/info.txt (this is using the xgl-coffee overlay, so it may not be reproducable anywhere else, but I am building the stock gentoo xf86-video-nv) Sorry
Sorry, we can't support X servers from overlays.
