The homepage for xvid4conf ( http://zebra.fh-weingarten.de/~transcode/xvid4conf ) is dead, and so is SRC_URI.

Thanks, removed HOMEPAGE and set the SRC_URI to use mirror://gentoo/ although I'm wondering if we should just drop this entirely.
