www.gentoo.org is being upgraded to xhtml-1.0 strict.

All ?full=1 handbooks do not validate due to mulitple id's and class's being assigned the same value. This will require rewriting parts of handbook.xsl

Can't be fixed short term. Acceptable for now. Later.
