Version bump.

"This update (0.3) has mostly been about adding in all the missions, enemies and weapons, or at least getting the layout and in there. Since the creation of levels and missions is the most time consuming aspect it was good to get it finished first. Future releases will focus on tweaking code, adding in new graphical effects and adding bosses. Enjoy."
