I'm using https only, but the bugs.g.o link in the bugs.g.o page header remains plain http all the time.

i've never heard this issue before. if you could verify that when loading a bug it actually reverts back to http that would be better.

Nothing reverts. The urls in the header are always plain http.

Fixed the href so it always points to the correct root, http and https.
