mgetty: resorting to logging to /dev/console

This is because mgetty-1.1.34.ebuild uses dodir for creating /var/log/mgetty.
Portage has removed this (empty) directory on update of mgetty (known Portage
deficiency).

Please use keepdir instead.

fixed in 1.1.35.
