Right now rhythmbox-0.9.3.1.ebuild disables libnotify support.  There seems to be a libnotify use flag around now, so why not use it to enable libnotify support? I'd love to have that built in to my rhythmbox!

i added libnotify support for 0.9.4 in cvs.
