added phpsysinfo to the tree today.

this is a CVS version of that ebuild...   just want to make sure you know that they're not dupes

It is sorta frowned upon to have cvs enabled ebuilds within the portage tree.  The better way is to create known working snapshots.  This way if CVS is broken, then portage isn't.
