Hello,
I am attaching dhcping-1.2.ebuild for the dhcping utility found at http://www.mavetju.org/unix/general.php
This tool sends DHCP Requests to a DHCP server to make sure the server is responding properly. I am also attaching the author's custom license as Edwin_Groothuis.

I think this app should go in net-analyzer/dhcping.

License is BSD, per the author's website. I'll see about committing this ebuild sometime this week. I'll take over maintenance of this ebuild, since I can use it too.
