Shortly after release 20060305, the dokuwiki team announced release 20060509 which fixed some bugs that appeared in the release before.
It already run's like the one before (#125300) in two productive environments.
There are no changes in the ebuild itself necessary, bumping dokuwiki-20060305 to dokuwiki-20060309 is enough.

Thanks for the heads up. I also added proper config file support since I noticed my .htaccess file kept getting overwritten :-(. I added config file support for that file plus for everything in conf/. Committed into CVS.
