The attached patch applied over current ebuild fixes flags and compiler/linker handling:

- it changes also freebsd, openbsd, netbsd, solaris specs instead of just linux and osx;
- it defines the right flags at compile time, so that they are not hardcoded at unpack time, by using E-prefixed variables;
- it makes use of the right CC/CXX values for compiling and linking so that crosscompile/crossdistcc works;
- it allows to set LDFLAGS.
