The fix suggested in bug #133065 is incorrect; WANT_AUTOCONF=2.9 doesn't make much sense. The problem probably goes away for some secondary effect, but we can't rely on that. Anyway, could you (Gabe) tell us what is the status of this bug now? I can't seem to reproduce it. If the problem persists, please let us know which versions of autoconf/automake you have installed in your system. Thanks, and sorry for the late reply :).
